If you do not have a partner organization in your area, fill out the form in the Yellow Fish Road Program Guide and return to us at least 3 weeks before your event. We will send you stencils and doorhangers to get your group started. Municipal permission and other necessary painting kit items will be the responsibility of the group leader.
